【 Samemilon Ambassador Terms 】
Nissei Marine Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the following " The 1st Samemilon Ambassador Terms" (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") for participation in the "Samemilon Ambassador Program" (hereinafter referred to as "the Program") operated by the Company.
We kindly ask that applicants to the Program and individuals recognized as "Samemilon Ambassadors" (hereinafter referred to as "Ambassadors") by the Company carefully read and agree to the following conditions before participating.
1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms, in whole or in part, without prior approval from Ambassadors if deemed reasonably necessary and appropriate based on considerations such as alignment with the general interests of Ambassadors, the purpose of these Terms, the necessity of changes, and the appropriateness of the content after the change. If these Terms are changed, the Company will notify or inform Ambassadors of the changes and the effective date in a manner deemed appropriate by the Company. In the event that these Terms are changed, the modified Terms will apply to participation in the Program, and Ambassadors will be subject to the modified Terms only.
2. The certification period for the first group of Ambassadors will be from the date of product arrival until January 17, 2025.
After the certification period expires, the Ambassador qualification will automatically terminate without any special procedures, and Ambassador activities will not be permitted after the qualification ends. However, in certain cases, we may individually request a renewal of the certification period.
3. Ambassador certification may be revoked even during the certification period in the following cases or when deemed necessary for operational reasons:
1 If no "posts" are confirmed for one month.
2 If the Ambassador's Instagram account is set to private.
3 If the Ambassador unfollows the official Instagram account from their Instagram account.
4 If the Company is unable to contact the Ambassador through direct messages on their Instagram account.
5 If the Company deems it necessary to terminate the certification period for operational reasons.
4. The Company will provide Ambassadors with benefits as separately communicated. However, the content of the benefits may change due to unavoidable circumstances. Furthermore, there will be no monetary compensation other than the Ambassador benefits, and the Company will not bear any expenses related to the Program.
5. When making posts (hereinafter referred to as "posts") regarding the Company or its products on sites operated by the Company or on the Ambassador's own social media (various SNS or blogs), Ambassadors are asked to refrain from the following actions. The Company may delete or request deletion of posts as necessary:
1 Acts that violate the laws of the country of residence or Japan, acts contrary to public order and morals, antisocial activities, acts connected to these, or acts likely to result in such.
2 Intentionally registering or providing false information.
3 Acts that infringe on or are likely to infringe on the property, honor, trust, or privacy of third parties.
4 Posts that infringe on others' rights (trademarks, copyrights, image rights, or other intellectual property rights).
5 Posts related to political activities, religious or ideological activities.
6 Posts with expressions that may offend other users (obscene, violent, cruel, discriminatory, etc.).
7 Posts containing private information (email address, phone number, address, etc.).
8 Impersonating a third party, including the Company, in posts.
9 Posts for business activities, recruitment activities, advertisements, affiliate links, or promotional purposes without the prior approval of the Company.
10 Posts or transmissions containing harmful computer programs, etc.
11 Posts that the Company deems to violate these Terms.
12 False or inappropriate posts about the Company's products.
6. It is mandatory to clearly indicate in posts that they are for advertisement or promotional purposes under all circumstances.
7. Based on the qualifications provided during recruitment, the Company may introduce or repost content regarding the Company’s products posted by Ambassadors on the Company’s website or social media. Ambassadors agree to the following in advance regarding the Company's introduction or reposting, including cases where the content contains the Ambassador's or another person's likeness:
1 The content may be used without time limitations.
2 Ambassadors will not demand cessation of use.
3 The content may be used without geographic limitations.
4 The content will be used free of charge.
5 If the content includes expressions that violate regulatory laws, such as the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, the Company may modify it at its discretion.
8. Copyright of the content posted by Ambassadors belongs to the Ambassadors, but Ambassadors shall not raise objections to the Company introducing or reposting the content on its website or social media.
9. Digital data such as videos and images provided to the Company by Ambassadors, as well as photos or documents sent by Ambassadors, cannot be returned.
10. In cases where the Company invites Ambassadors to events organized by the Company or to participate as monitors, the rights to attend are exclusive to the Ambassador and cannot be accompanied, transferred, or sold to third parties.
11. The Company's products sent as Ambassador benefits are intended for the personal use of the Ambassador as a monitor and are prohibited from being transferred or resold.
12. If a dispute arises between an Ambassador and a third party in connection with a post, the Ambassador shall resolve the dispute at their own expense and responsibility, ensuring that no damage is caused to the Company. In the event that the Company suffers damage, the Company may claim compensation from the Ambassador.
13. The Company will strictly manage the personal information provided by Ambassadors and will not use it for purposes other than the Program. Please refer to our Privacy Policy described below for information on how we handle personal information.
14. If an Ambassador violates or is likely to violate these Terms, the Company may issue a warning or revoke the Ambassador's rights depending on the extent of the violation. Furthermore, if an Ambassador causes damage to the Company or a third party due to actions in violation of these Terms or illegal acts, the Ambassador shall be liable to compensate for the damage suffered by the Company or the third party.
15. The Company assumes no responsibility for any troubles or damages (whether direct or indirect) arising from this application. Please understand this in advance.
16. These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and in the event of a dispute between the Company and an Ambassador in connection with these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
17. The Company may temporarily suspend, change, or discontinue all or part of the Program without prior approval from Ambassadors. The Company will not be held responsible for any disadvantage caused to Ambassadors as a result of such actions.
18. The operation of the Samemilon Ambassador Program will be carried out by the Ambassador Planning Department.

Nissei Marine Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes the importance of personal information (which refers to information that can identify an individual, such as name, address, and phone number) and considers it a social responsibility to protect personal information. The Company complies with laws and internal regulations related to personal information and ensures the appropriate acquisition, use, and management of personal information handled by the brand.

5. Safe Management of Personal Information
To ensure the safe management of personal information entrusted to us by Ambassadors and applicants, the Company takes reasonable organizational, physical, human, and technical measures, and handles personal information appropriately in accordance with relevant laws to prevent unauthorized access, loss, falsification, or leakage of personal information.
6. Outsourcing of Personal Information
If it becomes necessary to provide personal information to subcontractors, appropriate supervision regarding information management will be conducted before providing the information.
7. Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc.
When an Ambassador or applicant requests the disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal data, the Company will respond in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law.
8. Use of Cookies
The brand may use cookies to provide better services to Ambassadors and applicants. However, cookies do not collect information that can identify individuals, and they do not infringe on the privacy of Ambassadors or applicants.

9. Access Logs
Access logs are collected when users access the web server. These logs include information such as IP addresses, access dates and times, and types of web browsers. This information cannot be used to identify individuals and is used for statistical analysis of website operation and for investigating the causes of unauthorized access.
The communication history of visits to the Company’s website may be disclosed to law enforcement or courts in accordance with legal requirements.
10. Voluntary Provision of Personal Information
Providing personal information to the Company is voluntary. However, if the provided information is insufficient, the purposes mentioned in point 1 may not be fulfilled.
11. Revision of Privacy Policy
The Company may revise this policy to protect personal information or in response to changes in laws and other regulations. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website.
