Q1: What payment methods are available?

A1: Credit card payment and Alipay are accepted.

Q2: When will the items be shipped?

A2: We typically ship within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Q3: Can I make changes or cancel my order after purchase?

A3: Changes or cancellations can only be accepted before the item is shipped. Please contact us via the inquiry form with your order number, name, and details. Once the item is shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Q4: Why is the purchase of the same item limited to 2 units?

A4: Due to size and weight restrictions for international EMS shipping, we have limited the purchase quantity. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Q5: I have not received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

A5: Your order might not have been completed properly or there could be an error in the email address provided. Sometimes our emails might land in your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders if you have not received an email.
Additionally, if you have specific email settings, ensure that emails from "@nissei-marine.co.jp" are allowed.
If you still do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us at "nm-global-customer@nissei-marine.co.jp".

Q6: What should I do if there is damage to the box or product upon delivery?

A6: While we make efforts to ensure secure packaging, if you notice damage to the delivered package, we recommend checking the items in the presence of the delivery person to confirm any damage to the product.
